Standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval for most products. NFC cards run 7–9 business days. Rush options are available: 48-hour production on selected lines for an additional fee. Shipping time is additional and depends on the service you choose.
Yes. We can produce a small sample pack of 3–5 cards from your actual artwork so you can test scanning on your own hardware. Sample fees are credited back in full against your first production order of 250 cards or more.
Yes. We keep your approved artwork, die lines and encoding configuration on file for 36 months. Reorders only need a quantity and a purchase order — and reorders skip the proofing step unless you want changes.
AI, PSD, EPS and PDF are preferred; high-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also works. All fonts should be outlined or embedded, colors set to CMYK, and artwork should include a 0.125" bleed on all sides. Send us what you have and we will run a free prepress check.
Template-based design with your logo, colors and text is included at no charge on standard orders, and revisions are unlimited. Fully bespoke design work starts at $95 and includes two initial concepts and three revision rounds.
Always. We send a free digital proof within 24 hours and do not start production until you approve it in writing. Nothing is charged to your card until the proof is signed off.

In most cases yes. Send us a sample card or a spec sheet from your software provider and we will decode it, document the format and reproduce it. This is our most common request from businesses switching suppliers.
Yes. NTAG213 and NTAG215 chips are ISO 14443A compliant and readable by modern iPhone and Android devices without an app when encoded with a standard NDEF URL record. We test every NFC batch on both platforms before shipping.
Yes — that is variable data printing. Send a CSV or XLSX with one row per card and we will print and encode names, member numbers, photos, departments, expiry dates and unique codes so no two cards are alike.

Major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer for orders over $2,500. Established business accounts can apply for NET-15 or NET-30 terms after their first completed order.
If the error is ours, we reprint and reship at no cost to you. Report any issue within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will open a claim immediately. Because every encoded batch is read-back verified before packing, this is rare — but the guarantee is in our Refund & Return Policy.
Yes. We do not produce government-issued identification documents, driver licenses, passports, or replicas of any government credential, and we do not reproduce official government seals, holograms or security features. Yes. Customer artwork and data files are stored on access-controlled systems, used only to produce your order, and never sold or shared with third parties except the carriers needed to ship it. See our Privacy Policy.
