Effective date: October 22, 2026Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, approving a proof or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference.
ShopYoloIDs.com is a trading name of DATAMAP INC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, with its place of business at DATAMAP INC, 719 W Southgate Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041. We are a business-to-business commercial printing, card personalization and data encoding service. All references to "Company", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean DATAMAP INC.
Our services are intended for businesses, organizations and individuals aged 18 or over acting for lawful commercial, membership, loyalty, employee identification, access control or event purposes. You represent that you have authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you order, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued and are based on the specification, quantity and artwork provided at the time. Changes to any of these may change the price.
We provide a free digital proof before production. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing (by email or through your account). By approving a proof you confirm that the layout, spelling, numbering, colors, encoding format and finishes shown are correct.
You are solely responsible for checking the proof. We are not liable for errors in content you supplied or approved, including misspellings, incorrect data, wrong numbering sequences or incorrect encoding values, once the proof has been approved.
All orders are subject to review and formal acceptance by DATAMAP INC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that we believe violate our Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance Policy or applicable law. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund it in full.
Lead times are stated in business days and begin only after (a) proof approval and (b) receipt of payment in full. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude shipping time. Events outside our reasonable control — including material shortages, carrier delays, power outages, labor disputes and acts of God — may extend lead times, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
Change requests after proof approval may not be possible. Where a change can be accommodated, it may incur additional charges and will extend the lead time. Cancellation after production has started is not possible; see our Refund & Return Policy.
